DGNS Inaugurates New Laboratory in Makassar

KabarMakassar.com — PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS) is expanding by opening an independent branch in Makassar which is located at Jalan Urip Sumoharjo No. 90, Sinri Jala, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.

The President Director of the Diagnostic Laboratory, Mesha Rizal Sini, said that the presence of the Diagnostic Laboratory in Makassar could improve the quality of health services in the Makassar area.

"As well as supporting and assisting the government in efforts to distribute health and laboratories throughout Indonesia with the most advanced technology," he said.

With the theme "Customer Journey", DGNS continues to provide the best service to the community, especially in terms of maximum service.

"The theme raised is a description of our concern for the community, especially in the aspect of service and satisfaction, from the first time we enter the laboratory until we leave our clinical laboratory," he explained.

Not only on services, Mesha Rizal said that other services offered by DGSN are accurate and fast checking of lab results.

"We are very concerned about customer convenience when registering in the laboratory, the accurate checking process by our team, to the speed with which we send lab results to our customers," he said.

To note, until now, DGNS already has 29 laboratory networks spread from the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Sulawesi. Where in each of the company's laboratory networks, it can serve the community's needs for the importance of quality clinical laboratory services.
