• Minimum education D4 Health Analyst (ATLM)
• Have at least 1 year experience in the same position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
• Know the principles of laboratory examination (clinical pathology/ microbiology/ molecular/ anatomical pathology)
• Have the ability to trace the root of the problem and be able to plan continuous improvement programs
• Able to establish good communication and relationship with all parties involved in a research/test
• Able to evaluate data, know QC lavey Jenning & Westgard rule charts

• Evaluating laboratory service standards and implementing continuous improvement of service quality through the implementation of quality assurance programs
• Making technical work instructions
• Maintain the efficiency of laboratory examination
• Evaluating the achievement of laboratory service quality indicators
• Make adjustments to the laboratory information system

4. Have been involved in the laboratory accreditation team (preferred)

3. Minimum 8 years working experience in clinical laboratory field
4. Preferably have experience as a coordinator
5. Have been involved in the laboratory / hospital accreditation team
6. Mastering PMI and PME activities and their analysis
7. Have managerial ability
8. Have leadership
9. Mastering the computer
10. Honest, disciplined and responsible.

1. Responsible for the smooth operation of technical operations in the laboratory.
2. Set the service schedule
3. Assessing the results of daily QC on Internal Quality Assurance (PMI) and External Quality Assurance (PME) activities and determining the follow-up.
4. Play an active role in determining, implementing and evaluating the achievement of quality indicators.
5. Verify and validate the results of the examination.
6. Make activity reports
7. Have the ability to handle customer complaints.
8. Supervise the use of equipment and reagents in the laboratory.
9. Can work in a team.

4. Can evaluate daily Quality Control results.
5. Verify and validate the results of the examination.
